Ordering
Orders are placed via email, phone, or by filling out the questionnaires available on the website. Online payment is not available on the website.
Withdrawal, Complaint Handling
The consumer is entitled to a right of withdrawal according to Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet. Complaints can be addressed to the service provider or to the conciliation body competent according to the place of residence.
